A subsidiary of the International Speedway Corporation, Phoenix Raceway announced that FunWall has inked a letter of intent to bring FunWall’s proprietary mobile social gaming platform to the motorsports industry.
With this deal, the track will be the first motorsports venue to bring social mobile gaming that is fully integrated into the race day experience.
Bryan R. Sperber, President of Phoenix Raceway:
FunWall’s innovative technology will provide Phoenix Raceway with the chance to change fan communication by turning one-way communication channels into intelligent, two-way fan experiences. This deal provides the chance to entertain the race fan at each Phoenix Raceway event with fun tournament games.
Steve Ridley, CEO of FunWall:
FunWall will use its new proprietary “GeoGame” platform, that enables Phoenix Raceway to supply fans specific games and competitions based on the user location within the facility. The tool unlocks the chance for fans to interact with one another and with Phoenix Raceway partners in given locations. They have the chance to be awarded unique experiences or prizes based on the specific location that they are visiting at that time.
FunWall’s mobile gaming app will be offered in key areas of the Raceway. Moreover, it will be fully available to race franchises, sponsors, race teams, and concessions, making social mobile gaming a key engagement tool for anyone looking to maximize their experience on race day and beyond the race track.
