GVC appointed Roni Maman as new VP Business Operations

GVC is pleased to announce that the company has appointed Roni Maman as new VP Business Operations. Roni Maman will be joining the organization in the newly created role of VP Business Operations. The new VP Business Operations will be responsible for the structure, processes and execution of customer services within the Group.

Roni has extensive experience in operations and a strong and proven track record in customer services and customer engagement. During his work as VP Business Operations, he will report directly into Shay Segev, the Group’s Chief Operating Officer.

Before he joined the Group, Roni worked for 888 Holdings, where he has served in a variety of senior management positions such as Head of Customer Service, VP of Support & TeleMarketing & VIP and since 2011, as Senior Vice President of Operations.
