Win Systems acquired Gold Club – gaming machines and electronic roulette company.
Win Systems acquired Gold Club for an undisclosed amount. According to a joint statement, the new combined operation will be able to provide lottery and casino clients with end-to-end solutions including casino management systems, video lottery terminals, electronic gaming machines and electronic table games.
After the agreement, Win Systems will more than double its current headcount to more than 300 staff. Key Gold Club personnel will remain in place and continue providing services to customers under the Gold Club brand in given regulated markets.
Gold Club is a Slovenia-headquartered company with a presence in more than 50 countries around the world.
